Philips Marcomm Manager OHC in Amsterdam, Netherlands

As Marketing Communication Manager you are responsible for Engagement Strategy and Experience for the overall consumer engagement strategy, all (master) content creation, content strategy, engagement channel direction, consumer ecosystem and journey definition, vision, and direction for Philips.

Your role

  • Working within the business to bring integrated campaigns to life; briefing, planning, support message development, master asset/content exection as part of the integrated marketing toolbox against consumer, professional, shopper needs, fit for platform and according to market and transcreation requirements (paid, owned, earned) to be activated locally

  • Optimizations and standards for effectiveness to raise the norms of integrated campaign and marcomm asset delivery in cross-collaboration

  • Omnichannel, CRM, app, shopper and website consumer content to elevate consumer experience and drive sales

  • Drives consistent and distinctive Brand Personality and Tone of Voice at category comms level

  • Manage agency partners according to annual agencies’ Scope of Work and in partnership with procurement

  • Act as an advisor to the business and marcomms teams, providing ongoing support to elevate marketing and comms strategy and challenge traditional thinking around the brand category, consumer and creative context

You're the right fit if

  • Well-rounded Marketer (5+ years) with strong business and consumer understanding

  • Experience with brand building (qualified advertising/consumer experiences and raising the bar in creative excellence) in an international environment

  • Ability to translate marketing objectives/jobs to be done to deliver strong comms plans with measurable business impact

  • Experience with and proven-track record of digital content development (e-comm, social platforms, .com, CRM, apps, and beyond)

  • Experience with and able to manage global world class (creative) agencies

  • Ideally expertise in shopper communications in addition to consumer
