Job Title: Business Capability Expert Deployment

Role: Business Capability Expert (BCE) Commercial supporting Informatics Excellence-Process & System Excellence, value stream “Commercial Effectiveness”

Core responsibility is to accelerate business performance through fit-for-purpose business capabilities, covering data, process, org/people competence & technology. The business capability expert is responsible for deployment of training to market and end-users & ensure adoption of business capabilities in the Philips operational backbone – to improve business outcomes and drive customer & employee experience.

Your Team:

You are part of Enterprise Informatics (EI) business in Philips. Within EI, you are part of the Informatics Excellence-Process & System Excellence team looking to create a tailored and lean E2E capabilities supporting the EI strategy and goals. You will be part of the core team in Commercial effectiveness value stream tasked to: Deployment of business capabilities to new Markets and End Users, by being a Change Driver and training key users to increase adoption of businesses capabilities in the Philips Operational Backbone.

Your Detailed Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Stakeholder management skills; ability to explain background of business capabilities that are being delivered to the end-users.

  • Excellent change management experience skills; Understand the impact of the change to the stakeholders and drive change by educating and training key stakeholders of the new processes and tools.

  • Own the deployment of training to the key end-users.

  • Closing the loop by bringing end-user feedback to the Q2C Value Delivery Team.

  • Own the creation of Philips University training content, maintaining the content with each new release and arranging for training to become available for each release.

  • Strong Customer Orientation, ability to work closely with the deployment manager, mentality to cope with strong feedback and direct it in a professional matter.

  • Strong experience and/or knowledge of Informatics business propositions in Commercial Domain (Quote to Cash), market & Backoffice processes and tools.

  • Familiar with business acumen on end-user level, Willingness to travel when needed.

  • Preferably located in Europe to better accommodate ROW time zones (Rest of World) and highly challenging nature of the deployments in scope.

Experience, Skills & Traits to be successful in this role:

  • Experience:

  • 8-12 years overall experience

  • Good understanding of Commercial Quote to Cash Processes (minimum 5 years experience)

  • Experienced in agile ways of working (Scaled Agile, Scrum).

  • Experienced in Training Content Creation, Stakeholder Management and Change Communication and Change Management.

  • Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree

  • Skills :

  • Conceptual thinking at a high level of abstraction and able to translate concepts into actionable processes/activities.

  • Self-starting, able to work independently based on input given with minimal guidance.

  • Output-driven, continuously creating output that adds incremental value and that contributes to a defined outcome (improvement).

  • Good communication skills, aiming to create clarity.

  • Good stakeholder management skills
