Philips Analista Recursos Humanos Júnior (Vaga exclusiva para Pessoas com Deficiência) in Blumenau, Brazil

Você será responsável por:

  • Executar as atividades de Inclusão e diversidade para Pessoas com Deficiência;

  • Programa de Integração para novos funcionários, Programas de parcerias, ações de clima e engajamneto do site através da Pulse local e Global;,

  • Atuar com a rotina de controle de processos de RH;

  • Impulsionar a padronização na execução de políticas de RH;

  • Participar de projetos de RH nivel local e Brasil

Para ter sucesso nessa posição, você deverá ter:

  • Ensino superior completo

  • Inglês Intermediário

  • Experiência na área de Recursos Humanos (integração, clima, engajamento)

  • Conhecimento avançado em Pacote Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Ser altamente responsável, capaz de conquistar a confiança de clientes e colegas, influenciando as habilidades e a paixão pela busca pela excelência.

  • Capacidade demonstrada de gerenciar projetos com sucesso em um ambiente em mudança.
