Philips Order Management Specialist with Dutch in Lodz, Poland

As Order Management Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. On daily basis you will have a chance to be crucial part of Supply Chain process at Philips GBS Lodz. Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products, In our Philips HS portfolio, you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:

  • Managing orders and order changes (on request of the Customer or Factory) with use of SAP and other supporting tools

  • Handling disputes process for Customers

  • Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips GBS)

  • Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx)

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport

  • You have very good Dutch language (B2 or higher) and very good English level (B2 or higher)

  • You are customer oriented person and have strong communication skills together with influencing skills

  • You are excellent problem solver and have good organizational skills (time management, work management)

  • You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP (would be an advantage)
