Philips PM Operations Manager in Lodz, Poland

Job title:

As a PM Operations Manager at Philips, you will be responsible for managing the Project Management Services of the GBS by managing business relationships with partners aimed at the definition of partners’ needs (PM strategy, type of projects, PM profile), contracting and onboarding partners and managing End-to-End (E2E) PM allocation process. You will also manage PM / PMO team and oversee the E2E management of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder management, and adherence to quality, cost, and timeline parameters.

Your role:

  • E2E managing a project to develop a product, technology, system, solutions, services, or IT solution: From the initial start until the introduction in the Market or until internal company delivery.

  • Gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality, and requirements.

  • Ensuring effective introduction of products, technologies, systems, solutions, or services.

  • Manage the scope and requirements.

  • Manage the internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage the business case and is a business partner focused on maximization of the added value for the business.

  • Manage projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives.

  • Determines project risks, defines corrective action, and drives the projects to closure. Determines, allocates, and directs all project resources following guidelines

  • Keeps abreast of developments in project management tools and processes (both internal and external).

  • Ensures Sector-wide compliance with corporate policies/rules/procedures

You're the right fit if:

  • At least 10 years of experience in project management

  • At least 3 years of experience in people management

  • Good influencing and relationship-building skills

  • Change management skills

  • Good process and data analytical skills

  • Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively

  • Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
