Philips Head of Sales, AGITO in Norresundby, Denmark

Job title:

The Head of Sales, AGITO will manage integral commercial operations optimization to improve customer engagement, service level, and business performance.

Your role:

  • Leading the sales and sales operations team as well as strategic initiatives of the complete systems and parts groups in order to maximize sales volumes, revenues, and profit for the various product portfolio, globally.

  • Work with the General Manager to develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans based on segmentation, customer needs / customer centricity and market conditions.

  • Ensuring sales and sales operations efforts align with and support organizational strategy.

  • Establishing key sales commercial and operations plans including processes and strategies for: distribution, contracting, business planning, sales comp., forecasting, budgeting, and KPI selection.

  • Collaboration with marketing team so that sales initiatives, customer targets, segmentation and strategies are shared and aligned.

  • Have the authority and accountability to negotiate contracts and prices within the limits of the sales plan and sales policy.

  • Gaining and maintaining market information and knowledge in order to obtain and maintain the targeted market share across assigned product portfolio.

  • Ensuring un-compromised implementation of the standard Agito business processes, quality standards and standards of business conduct according to Agito policies.

  • Monitoring the performance of the business by tracking key performance indicators and annual goals set by the management team to ensure a positive growth trajectory.

  • Leading, coaching, directing and motivating the team as well as assisting to ensure that employees are in the best places to deliver business objectives.

You're the right fit if:

  • Having broad expertise in cooperating with 3rd party vendors.

  • Min 5 years of previous experience within healthcare sector.

  • Viewed as an expert by the company and in the field.

  • Profound knowledge of financial systems and ability to influence profit and loss decision-making.

  • Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.

  • Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers.

  • Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.

  • Bachelors degree.

  • Fluent level of English
