Integral Program Manager – Medical Devices (Orlando, FL)

You have the unique opportunity to lead a talented project team in shaping the future of patient monitoring, driving innovation, advancing patient care, and making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry.

Your role:

  • Overseeing large Patient Monitoring products, solution and improvement projects/programs

  • Accountable for on-time, on-budget, on-quality results.

  • Collaborative decision-making with business leadership and leading cross-functional teams including product marketing, design, R&D, Q&R, OPS.

  • Ensure comprehensive daily management system for project delivery.

  • Expertise in Quality Management System (QMS) to tailor project deliverables.

  • Create smart, lean project plans with escalation plans for roadblocks.

  • Utilize product development approaches like MBSE for decision-based plans.

  • Conduct proactive risk assessments and mitigation.

  • Implement resource and cost planning/tracking, lead project reviews, engage stakeholders for decision-making and establish cohesive, collaborative team culture.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in hands-on product development, including hardware, software, and system components, with several years in the development of medical devices.

  • Your skills include leading multi-site and multi-cultural project teams with proven experience in managing projects from conception to market launch, covering design, verification and validation, industrialization, and regulatory clearance.

  • You have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and familiarity with patient monitoring solutions, understanding customer needs/environment, and knowledge of key technologies in the field.

  • You’re a strong team leadership skills and experience, with the ability to facilitate large team workshops, manage team dynamics, and inspire high performance. You have the ability to manage senior and executive stakeholders throughout the organization.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
