Philips Product Owner- Healthcare in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

The Product Owner will work in an Agile environment and will be responsible for defining and prioritizing requirements in the development team’s backlog. The Product Owner has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by the team and ensuring stories meet the user’s needs and comply with the definition of done.  The Product Owner will work directly with Product Management and is ultimately responsible for the delivery of features that support AM&D Heart’s business objectives. 

Your Responsibilities :

  • Meet with stakeholders to understand product / business requirements.

  • Define user stories and prioritize product backlog based on business value.

  • Attend daily standup meetings and retrospectives with the development team.

  • Accept stories by validating that the story meets acceptance criteria.

  • Lead sprint reviews and refinement sessions.

  • Support Product Management in defining the product vision and roadmap.

  • Participate in identifying opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.

  • Communicate and champion product benefits to senior management and other stakeholders.

  • Deals well with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment driven by senior leadership requests and evolving needs.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience (with bachelor degree), 9+ years (without bachelor degree)

  • 3+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Business or Systems Analyst, Product manager.

  • Integrated experience across hardware, SaaS, and PaaS platforms is a plus.

  • 2+ years in a role associated with healthcare and/or medical device / software development in a regulated environment.

  • Experience with Salesforce, RCM software, EHR integrations and SAP is a plus.

  • A general understanding of Cardiology, Electro-physiology or Interventional Cardiovascular products is a plus.

  • Knowledge of international healthcare systems, standards, and regulations is a plus.

  • You have the ability to travel to customer and company sites domestically and internationally. Travel not expected to exceed. 10-20%.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
