Philips Clinical Application Specialist, HPM & EC in Seoul, South Korea

Product:

Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM), Emergency Care (EC) and Ambulatory Monitoring Diagnostic.

Role Summary:

Clinical background based role implementation towards healthcare customer as well as internal/partner people to execute training, pre-sales demo/presentation, troubleshooting to solve the problems and showcase at booth during clinical events.

Key Areas of Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement and manage Training program that facilitates clinical and product competence, confidence & proficiency in independently supporting patient monitoring, defibrillator and diagnostic cardiology for end-users including nurses, BMEs, clinicians and training team.

  • Provide organization and field training process, continuously seeking to shorten the learning curve for clinical technical and/or sales competence and confidence for internal and channel partners.

  • Develop clinical proof points based on global materials and local use cases.

  • Own training programs end to end - responsibilities including development of objectives & agenda, program development based on audience stratification and targeting and content creation.

  • Execute presales presentation and live demo aligning with team.

  • Develop relationships with key customer groups and identify their community.

  • Support to develop marketing materials of booth, demo equipment and marketing pieces for medical congress exhibition.

  • Execute troubleshooting to solve customer facing problems.

  • Proactive engagement for IB customers.

  • Cooperate with team regarding quality related field activities.

  • Assist to launch new products in the market.

  • Regularly participate in business discussion with the team.

  • Gather and analyze market trend and track competitors’ activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Min 7 years of related experience preferred nurse background in ICU, ER and OR in hospital and clinical application experience in critical care and monitoring product

  • Comparable knowledge level of bachelor’s degree

  • Presentation and communication skills

  • Preferred English communication skills

  • Healthcare industry knowledge
